SSO (Single sign-on)

You can use SSO for quick access to applications without having to enter your account data multiple times.

Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials -- for example, a name and password -- to access multiple applications. 

To set up SSO, please follow the next steps:

  • Go to your Workspace menu > ⚙️Administration > SSO 

  • Select the app you want to use with an SSO and click configure
  • Fill in all the necessary fields
  • Follow the instructions in the app

Also, you can reach SSO from the AppStore menu:

  • In the left sidebar menu navigate to one of your Desktops
  • Go to the Apps tab menu
  • Click the Add App button in the upper right 

Also, you might see the Add new apps button in the middle of your screen.

It appears only if you have no added apps yet.

  • Click SSO on the left sidebar menu

Mobile

 

  • Open Desktop app
  • Tap ☰ Expand menu top left

  • Tap⚙️ Settings menu bottom left

  • Tap SSO menu

  • Select the app you want to use with an SSO and click configure
  • Fill all the necessary fields
  • Follow all the tutorial in-app

Also, you can reach SSO from the AppStore menu:

  • Open Desktop app
  • Tap ☰ Expand menu top left

  • Tap on one of your Desktops
  • Go to the Apps tab menu
  • Tap on the plus sign '+' top right
