This article applies to all information collected through our website https://desktop.com, the desktop.com app and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this article as the "Sites")

      Third Party Integrations refers to software that integrate with our Sites, such as apps that are added to a Desktop via the AppStore. Desktop.com may also offer you to register for a Desktop.com account using your credentials from a third party service, such as Google or Microsoft, which may then share certain information with Desktop.com.

By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site and App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
