How do I allow another user to become an administrator?

There are two different ways how you can  grant admin right to a user:

  1. You can invite a new user as an administrator to one of your desktops
  2. You can grant an admin right to one of your existing users :
  • Go to your Workspace menu > ⚙️Administration > Users

  • Select the user, that you want to make an admin 
  • Click Edit in the General information section 
  • Select an Admin role for this user
  • Click the Update button to apply changes

Mobile

  • Open Desktop app
  • Tap the Admin/Preferences button

  • Tap the user, whom you want to make an admin and then tap the Edit button
