What to do if an application you need is not listed in the App Store
Quick Look: Workspace menu > ⚙️Administration > Custom Apps
For Owners/Administrators:
- Go to your Workspace menu > ⚙️Administration > Desktops
- Select one of your desktops and scroll down to the Apps section
- Click Open App Store
- Click Create a custom app in the bottom left of the App Store window
- Fill in the form and click the Add application button
Please note: you may find your custom app in the My Apps menu
Also, you can access to Custom apps menu doing the following:
- Go to your Workspace menu > ⚙️Administration > Custom Apps
- Click the Create custom apps button
- Fill in the form and click the Add application button
For users:
- In the left sidebar menu select one of your Desktops
- Go to the Apps tab menu
- Click the Add App button in the upper right
Also, you can see the Add new apps button in the middle of your screen.
It appears only if you have no added apps yet.
- Click the Add new apps button
- Click Create a custom app in the bottom left of the App Store window
- Fill in the form and click the Add application button
Now you can add a custom app to your desktop by URL link
Mobile
Quick Look: ☰ Expand menu > ⚙️ Settings > Custom Apps
For Owners/Administrators:
- Open Desktop app
- Tap ☰ Expand menu top left
- Tap⚙️ Settings menu bottom left
- Select one of your desktops and scroll down to the Apps section
- Tap Open App Store
- Tap Create a custom app in the App Store window
- Fill in the form and click the Add application button
